常见问题
后台同步没有运行怎么办？
iOS 会限制后台送达，所以同步不一定会在你锁上屏幕后马上发生。可以按下面几步提高成功率：
- 不要强制退出 Health Export。从 App 切换器里上滑关掉后，系统就不会再把它唤醒。
- 同步时解锁设备。设备一直锁屏时，后台任务经常被推迟。
- 打开「后台 App 刷新」（Background App Refresh）。
- 如果需要固定时间导出，打开「快捷指令」，新建一个个人自动化，在固定时间运行名为 Export Health Data 的操作。
如何连接 Google Drive、Notion 和 Webhook？
数据只会发到你自己选的目的地。
- Google Drive：在 Health Export 里把导出目的地选为 Google Drive，并完成账号连接。CSV、JSON 或每日 Markdown 会保存到你授权的云端硬盘。
- Notion：在 Notion 中创建一个集成，复制集成令牌（integration token）填入 Health Export，然后把要写入的数据库分享给这个集成。
- Webhook：在 Health Export 里填写你自己的 Webhook 地址。导出内容只会发到这个地址。

How do I grant access to Health data?
Open Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices, select Health Export, and turn on the data types you want to export.
What if background sync does not run?
iOS limits background delivery, so an export may not run the moment you lock the screen. These steps make it more likely:
- Do not force-quit Health Export. Swiping it away in the app switcher stops iOS from waking it.
- Unlock the device when you expect a sync. Background work is often deferred while the device stays locked.
- Enable Background App Refresh.
- For a fixed time, create a Personal Automation in Shortcuts and run the Export Health Data action.
How do I connect Google Drive, Notion, and a Webhook?
Data is sent only to a destination you choose.
- Google Drive: choose Google Drive as the export destination in Health Export and finish connecting the account. CSV, JSON, or daily Markdown files are saved to the Drive you authorize.
- Notion: create an integration in Notion, paste its integration token into Health Export, and share the destination database with that integration.
- Webhook: enter your own Webhook address in Health Export. Exports are sent only to that address.
